On September 10, 2024, Mr. Brian Bingeman from Turf, Track, and Court shared a presentation about the current status of the project during the Board Work Session. The agenda from that meeting is also available below.

At the March 12, 2024, Work Session of the Board, Athletic Director Brandon Fuhrman shared a presentation about field usage. This presentation outlines how the fields are currently used (number of uses by a District sports team) and how usage will look upon completion of the project. 

On February 15, 2024, the School Board, along with District Administration, and Turf Track and Court, presented the results of their feasibility study and renderings of the planned improvements to the Main Campus, as well as planned improvements to Trimmer fields and the Trimmer traffic flow areas.

On January 8, 2024, at the Board Facilities Committee Meeting, Turf, Track, and Court presented improvement updates for the Athletic Fields Project at the Main Campus and Trimmer Campus.
